Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled online free of charge. If you cancel more than 5 business days before your online mediation appointment, you will receive a full refund with no administrative fee. ​​Cancellations made 2-3 business days before the appointment incur a 50% fee, cancellations within 24 hours or a failure to attend result in no refund and the full session fee being charged.
In genuine emergencies or mistaken bookings, fees may be reduced or waived at our discretion.
