Mediation Agreement, MOU, Open Financial Statement
Service Description
At the successful conclusion of your mediation we have to draw up a number of legal documents for your solicitor. These are the Open Financial Statement of Information [OFSI] and a Memorandum of Understanding [MOU] setting out what parenting, childcare, and financial arrangements you have agreed upon. Depending on complexity these can take up to three - four hours to write, however, we charge in a single and simple block payment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled online free of charge. If you cancel more than 5 business days before your online mediation appointment, you will receive a full refund with no administrative fee. Cancellations made 2-3 business days before the appointment incur a 50% fee, cancellations within 24 hours or a failure to attend result in no refund and the full session fee being charged. In genuine emergencies or mistaken bookings, fees may be reduced or waived at our discretion.
