Service Description
Each person books in for an individual one on one, 45 minute Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM): please note prices are per person, per hour. At your individual MIAM we will discuss your specific circumstances, explain the mediation process, and determine how best to proceed with your case. If successful and you want to enter mediation then the next step is for your partner to book in for their individual one to one session.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled online free of charge. If you cancel more than 5 business days before your online mediation appointment, you will receive a full refund with no administrative fee. Cancellations made 2-3 business days before the appointment incur a 50% fee, cancellations within 24 hours or a failure to attend result in no refund and the full session fee being charged. In genuine emergencies or mistaken bookings, fees may be reduced or waived at our discretion.
