Service Description
Engage in a 90 minute mediation meeting designed to help separating couples work sensitively through the challenges around sharing of a loved pet. We listen carefully to each person's concerns and help everyone work out and reach amicable agreements about the arrangements for pet custody.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled online free of charge. If you cancel more than 5 business days before your online mediation appointment, you will receive a full refund with no administrative fee. Cancellations made 2-3 business days before the appointment incur a 50% fee, cancellations within 24 hours or a failure to attend result in no refund and the full session fee being charged.
In genuine emergencies or mistaken bookings, fees may be reduced or waived at our discretion.
